Company completes annual GMP training session

To further enhance quality management, the company organized a specialized training session on Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) for pharmaceutical production involving staff from production, quality inspection, warehousing, and logistics. The training combined hands-on operations with case studies.

This training focused on standardized completion of batch production records, deviation and change management procedures, personnel conduct in clean areas, and key review points for product release. Participants submitted improvement suggestions based on their roles; the proposal to shift record verification checkpoints earlier has been incorporated into the next round of process optimization.

The company's Quality Head stated that adherence to standards must be maintained through daily training. Moving forward, specialized training will be broken down into quarterly mini-sessions and paired with internal self-audits to establish a routine mechanism, ensuring more stable product quality for distributors.
